We want every order to arrive in the right condition. If something is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, we will work with you on a fair solution.

Natural marble variation is not considered a defect. Since stone pieces are unique, slight differences in veining, shade, and pattern are expected.
Eligible return situations
- The item arrived broken, chipped, or visibly damaged
- You received the wrong product
- Your order is incomplete
- The item has a clear manufacturing issue unrelated to natural stone variation
Request window
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, ideally within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Early reporting helps us review courier issues and support requests more effectively.
Keep the original packaging, product photos, and parcel photos available when you contact us.
Conditions for approval
- The item must not be used after damage is discovered
- Photos or videos should clearly show the issue
- All original packaging should be retained if possible
- Custom, special-order, or clearance items may not be eligible unless damaged or incorrect
Exchange or refund outcome
After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on stock availability and the issue reported.
Approved refunds are processed after inspection or confirmation, and timing may vary depending on the payment method used.
